Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services offered by Tie D Knot, operated by Digital Communique Pvt. Ltd., Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

1. Membership Cancellation

• Users may cancel memberships anytime by emailing support@tiedknot.co.in with a valid reason.
• Free memberships end immediately upon cancellation.
• Paid memberships continue until expiry unless canceled before renewal.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable once services are activated, except in cases of:

• Duplicate or accidental payment.
• Technical error causing non-activation within 7 days of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Auto-Renewal

If auto-renewal is enabled, the subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Disputes

All refund-related decisions are at the sole discretion of Digital Communique Pvt. Ltd. Disputes are governed by Lucknow jurisdiction.
